Service Charge Actuals 23/24

  • For refund requests, please contact our Income team at Rents@sw9.org.uk.  Please note that requests take up to 4 weeks for processing.
  • For disputes, please kindly raise via the Leasehold Portal or email leasehold.enquiries@swi9.org.uk.
  • Please clearly state the manner of the dispute as disputes need to be logged for action. As per legislative practise , your dispute will be progressed and responded to within 1 calendar month.

Management Packs

The fee for a full sales management pack is £288 inclusive of VAT.

The fee for a Remortgage management pack is £120 inclusive of VAT.

Once payment has been made we will first need confirmation of receipt from our accounts team.

Payment details for SW9 Community Housing can be provided upon request.

Please email leasehold.enquiries@sw9.org.uk to confirm when payment has been made.

Please note we do not provide an expedited service.

Please also ensure that arrears on all accounts associated with the seller are cleared on completion of sale.

If not, the accounts for the buyer will not be created.
