An example of group disorder is a number of people whose actions are causing criminal damage, threatening or intimidating residents. Where groups of people gather to meet and socialise but are not causing criminal damage, we would not routinely respond.

If the associated behaviour is of a criminal nature you need to report this to the Police immediately, you must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.

Once you have reported it to the Police, please contact us or complete our online ASB form with the incident report number and the officer’s name so we can make contact with them, work with them and agree the next steps with you and the Police.

If the behaviour has been on-going, please complete our incident log sheets with dates and times of the incidents and send these to us. You can do this by hand or by post, but it may be quicker to do this electronically and attach them when completing the online ASB form.
